Make Desktop Icon and Text Transparent
If you having trouble with desktop icon and icon text. Your desktop icon is no more transparent or desktop icon text is not transparent. Something like this:
Solution:
1) Right Click on desktop -> Arrange Icon By -> Uncheck “Lock web items on desktop”
2) Start -> Right click “My Computer” -> Properties
Advance -> Performance -> Settings
Check “Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop” -> Apply -> Ok
3) Right click on desktop -> properties -> Desktop -> customize desktop
Web -> Delete all web pages except "My Current Home Page" -> uncheck "My Current Home Page" -> Ok -> Apply -> OK
Now your desktop icon and desktop icon text should be transparent.
