Double Click Opens search page :: Solution

Some time user may face this problem. Whenever we double click on any Drive or folder, a new search windows opens.  Here is the solution for this:
 
Solution 1:
start-->> run-->> type regsvr32 /i shell32.dll -->>Ok
 
Restart windows. Your problem should be solved now.
 
some unwanted script changes the default .dll files of XP.
 
DLL-->>dynamic link libraries
Windows XP store information about many of their functions as dll files. Information about the DLLs are stored in the Windows Registry. When a DLL file's Registry entry is corrupted, XP may show you some unwanted behaviors.
 
We can fix the currpted dll files by running them again through these run commands.Even if you aren't sure what DLL information is missing or corrupted, you can run again.
Solution 2:
1) Log in as administrator or user with administrator power.
2) Make a restore point.
3) Start -->> run -->> type regedit -->> OK
4) If the problem is with drives, than navigate to here:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell
 
In right pane, you will find a Value (default) . Right click (default) and select Modify. And set the value data as none
5) If the problem is with folders, than navigate to here:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
 
6) In right pane, you will find a Value (default) . Right click (default) and select Modify. And set the value data as none
Solution 3:
If problem is still not solved, delete all autorun files using this method:
